How to play:
Download the save file and copy it to the Frostpunk saves folder. Example for Steam: Steam\userdata\<user-id>\323190\remote\saves\
Start Frostpunk
Select "Download Game" and download the "RefugArks" save.
If at some point all Arks are frozen, consider that the game is lost. If it is not so - open devconsole and enter: InvokeEvent("00_GAMEOVER_00_AllArksFrozen").
