About This Mod

Have you ever wanted to hide your helmet and see a great hairstyle without compromising DT or effects? Don't worry anymore, this mod is for you. You will need the latest NVSE and JIP True Hidden Helmets New Vegas Edition This mod is designed to hide helmets, no less. How does it work? At the beginning of the game, you get the latest version of Vault-Tec Assisting Stealth Helmets Tool or VASH Tool and instructions for it. Although it is displayed in gray in the inventory when you put the tool on and turn off the Pip-Boy, a menu will appear. This menu allows you to turn on and off the visibility of the helmet (be sure to put it back on, as it can be removed from the head). In this menu, you can remove the VASH Tool tool from the inventory, which can be restored by pressing LCtrl and P during the game. Also, all are listed in the notes. This mode requires the latest version of NVSE, JIP, and major DLCs: Dead Money, Honest Hearths, and Lonesome Road; it is YUP-compliant, but rarely with anything that changes the helmet (there should be no CTD, but other mods may override changes in other mods). Feel free to report bugs, but we will not make patches for other mods (but anyone can do it by specifying the appropriate link). Upgrade to 2.0 Disable mods from VASH before upgrading to 2.0, or connect and disable all "hidden" helmets after upgrading. Note that mods should not be connected or disconnected after the upgrade.
