Union Army Civil War Caps - TTW.

This fashion adds a Confederate hat with 2K repainting for our northern brothers.

These hats are rare and can be found in the following locations:

Capitol Conservation Association (must be stolen)

Office of the Historical Museum

Federal Temple, on the table (this link is set up to own the player)

Federal temple, Hannibal's house (to be stolen)

The hat will be added to the DLC04LootaddMisc Point Lookout list and added to the various containers and merchants in Point Lookout. Presumably, some of the Union's hats will be buried among the Union's victims. So a battlefield or Civil War museum would be a good place to look for allied hats. However, in order to maintain their deficit, the DLC04LootAddMisc list was rebalanced. We have doubled records for yeast, nuclear batteries, and fishing rods, while the chances of getting the Union's work gear and hats have tripled. The Union hat was added only once. Thus, the probabilities were:

2/13 Battery division (~15.3%)

2/13 Yeast (~15.3%)

2/13 Duck tail (~15.3%)

3/13 Worker (~23%)

3/13 Confederate hat (~23%)

1/13 Union Hat (~7.7%)

I think that's a fair ratio. Besides, what I need most are hats and clothes.

Finally, bonus: As part of the head of state, I can sell Union hats to Leroy Walker, Hannibal Hamlin, and Abraham Washington in a full-throated vanilla dialog. Hannibal and Abraham pocket (and wear) the hat. They can sell as many hats as they want, but they cannot trade 15 hats or sell more than one for dialog.

Known/suspected issues.

You can steal the hat from Abraham or Hannibal forever and sell it back. This will not be fixed.

Hannibal and Abraham wear hats, but they don't have the scripts that make them wear them for sale. They wear them only when there is a vacancy/no other suitable option. Hannibal should prefer a Union hat to a Lincoln hat, but I don't think he will always wear one instead of a Union hat. Abraham looks a little stupid. I don't care.

Rex doesn't growl at his hats. He is a supporter of the Union. I don't want to organize this big FLST or change the scenario because of such a trifle, especially since Rex is a pro-Union.
