About This Mod
DESCRIPTION Power Armor for Rangers is based on the original concept art created for the Midwest BoS armor. Initially, I wasn't sure how to present this set, but after I saw the final color scheme, I decided that it would best suit the NCR faction. Armor: DT: 22, WG: 35, STR +1, Carry Weight +35, Fire Res +15, Rad Res +30 Helm: DT 4, WG: 4, CHA +1, Fire Res +6, Rad Res +12 Armor identifies (hides) your faction, with a small bonus associated with it Banners can be worn as a separate garment that adds a small bonus associated with the banner. The following banners are available: NCR banner NCR banner: +5 speech, +5 weapon skill against NCR faction members BoS banner: +BoS banner: +5 speech, +5 energy weapon skill against BoS faction members Legion banner, energy weapon skill +5 +Any faction banner can create a Pure banner (cannot be equipped) from Abrax Cleaner and Telepine Oil. A blank banner can be used to paint the banner of another faction with a spray gun. When used in the Nevada project, the helmet will have a visual fairing, night and thermal vision modes. Some elite NCR Rangers carry the location. If they have already visited the location where they appeared, you may need to reload the cells. It is worn by many NCR elite Rangers during the Hoover Dam battle. It is worn by Anders' Rangers.
