About This Mod
The Riot Gear helmets have a sandy, water and fire resistant pad around the neck. It prevents the skin from being exposed under the chin. This also applies to the Advanced and Elite versions. The neck in the Riot Gear helmets looks very open, as in the NCR Veteran Ranger helmet. Therefore, this fashion adds a durable but flexible cover to the neck. It is thin enough to fit other neck elements. It also prevents hair from getting into the helmet. It is suitable for all three Riot helmets, including the Advanced and Elite versions. Requirements Requires Lonesome Road DLC.
