Adds a quick access menu to replace weapons and aids. Just like the latest Legend of Zelda games!

Consistent support for Pip-Boy icons and weapon hotkey icons ! Amazing looking icons without replacing peep-boy icons !
Filtering! You can now use filters to navigate through the help items.
Usage
Configure the hotkeys in the config\QuickSelect.ini file.
In the game, hold down one of the keys to open the corresponding menu. (Weapon: 1 / Dpad Left | Basic necessities: 3 / Dpad Right)
Scroll to the desired menu item. (Mouse up and down wheel / right stick left and right)
Release the menu button to select an item.
Or press cancel to deselect (Mouse 2 / B).
Or press the reset key to discard the selected item (Middle / X).
Or press the filter key to change the displayed category - help only (Space / Y)
Bullets
The ammunition selection menu has been removed from the latest version. It was too glitchy. It will come back as soon as I find a way to implement it correctly.
