About This Mod

This mod alters the Locksmith's perk and places the responsibility for success on the player's lock-breaking skills, rather than on the perks required to try to break more complex locks. Only the first rank of Locksmith is required to break Advanced and Master locks. In addition, gaining more Locksmith ranks rewards the player with bonuses that increase the size of the sweet spot.

In addition, the pins will now wear out depending on the complexity of the lock, that is, the master's lock will wear out your pin on vanilla levels, and the rookie lock will not wear out your pin so quickly.


FRAGO_001: Added a variation of the fashion concept in which the level of all locks is displayed to the player as simply "LOCKED".

The player will still submit the correct dialog to all castles (except Novice) unless the first rank of Locksmith is achieved.

Installation

Install ONE of the files via NMM or copy PlayerLockpicking.esp from the file you selected to your Fallout 4 Data folder.



Delete

Uninstall via NMM or remove PlayerLockpicking.esp from the Data folder in Fallout 4.
