About This Mod
Rebalancer is the most complete mod for the balance of the game to date, providing the option to select 45 different settings. This allows you to fully control the complexity of the game using modular esp files.
Most of the settings you enable will make the game harder, but many of the options will allow you to mitigate the more tedious aspects of the game or compensate for the increased difficulty with something else.
Rebalancer includes a full-featured fomod installer that helps you quickly select the settings you want, with descriptions of each. Manual installation is also supported, and the readme file provides a complete list of modules.

You can use one of the three pre-made Rebalancer balance files to get the Commonwealth in order in seconds, or you can take Rebalancer Lite, which combines rebalance modules into 12 packages.

Nexus Mod Manager: Includes a functional FOMOD installer that lets you choose either a pre-made balance patch or a custom .esps with the values you want.
Guidance: Review the categories to find descriptions of the files and suggested settings for any modifications you want to use. Use at most one file per subcategory (01A, 01B, etc.).
Compatibility
Rebalancer is a fairly large mod, so there are certain to be compatibility issues with other game mods. Fortunately, the modularity of Rebalancer allows you to choose which parts to use, so you can mix them with other game modes.
The general rule is that if you think they're editing the same thing, it's probably true.
The only weird modules that have additional edits to make it work properly are the radiation and fast-paced styms that both edit the doctor's perk.
