V.T.D.S. - VATS Replacement for Bullet Time
About This Mod
This mode replaces VATS with VTDS - Vault-tec Time Dilation System. Instead of VATS, you get the effect of bullet time when you activate VATS. Unlike other similar mods, this mod also contains redesigned perks to interact with VTDS, such as Better Criticals, Critical Banker, and Four Leaf Clover.
Initially, I created this mod as a scripting exercise, but then it found its own life, as I began to explore the idea of integrating some perks. As my modding skills improve, I will gradually add more and more perks to the list, as possible.

Installation and use
Activate using NMM.
Reset in-game keyboard bindings
Create a time-delay switch at the chemical plant, in the "drugs" section (Alternative: player.additem xx000804 1).
If you are using VTDS for the first time on your character, the switch will be added automatically!
Tie the switch to the last hotkey slot.
For the controller, bind the switch to the last hotkey slot. Most likely, you will have to use the keyboard to do this.
