Bleeding wound system
About This Mod
The bleeding system depends on the type of weapon. This mod is designed to add realism to the game, so in the future you can expect some changes.
Main file : Bleeding wounds
Moderate wounds: Each noncritical, small-caliber wound will bleed within 5 minutes. The bleeding rate depends on the strength of the blow, and the stronger the blow, the greater the bleeding. All wounds are independent of each other, so be careful and treat each one correctly).
Weapons : Small pistols and some assault rifles.
Severe injuries: Each critical or large-caliber wound will bleed for 10 minutes and will exhaust the victim (it will fall in a few seconds if the blow was severe enough). Like medium wounds, they may also add up:
Weapons: Grenades, shotguns, explosives, large-caliber close-quarters weapons, 44-caliber hunting rifles, plasma and laser muskets.
You can slow or stop bleeding for moderate wounds with stimpacks, first aid kits, blood bags and morphine. Be careful, you may die from an overdose if you take more than 3 doses of the same medicine (eg, you may die if you take 4 stimpacks). Wait 5 minutes after taking the last medicine so that you can safely use it again (to make sure of this, see the tab "Effect" in your pipboy). Also, if you have any type of addiction, the drugs will harm you (in this case, use addictol or consult a doctor).
- Stympaks and first aid kit (replaces med-x), 2 of which can stop one moderate wound. They are effective for 5 minutes and give malus -1 to perception (can be added). Steampacks no longer treat the limbs and do not give HP. The weight of stimpack - 1, and first aid kits - 2.
- Bags of blood and morphine. Same as above except they are twice as powerful and can stop one moderate wound with a single dose. Morphie replaces Calmex.
Add-on: Recovery of mutilated limbs
- Deadly shots to the head of those who wear heavy armor without a helmet
- When a player or npcs is wearing a power armor, if one part breaks down, it becomes vulnerable in that part as if you were naked (there is no longer any point in power armor) Replaced with a chance of bleeding.
"Shooting at the legs and arms no longer kills, but only cripples. Instead, bleeding will kill depending on the wound (except when you shoot at a target with a low standard of living, but that's no longer correct).
- Bleeding chance for broken armor.
"When the right hand is crippled, the target will drop the weapon.
- Processing unarmed and blunt weapons. More tactical melee battles.
Unarmed weapons: A blow to the head can deafen for a few seconds, the right hand can be disarmed, and a chance to knock an opponent down within 5 minutes is added.
Dumb weapon : Same as above, and a blow to the left hand can also disarm.
INSTALLATION
1. Unzip the file to the Fallout 4 folder (default to the Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 folder).
2. Edit the file "plugins.txt" located in the folder Yourusername\AppData\Local\Fallout4.
At the end of the file, add this line:
HeadWounds.esp
3. After that you will need to set plugins.txt to read-only mode (right click on the file, properties, mark read-only).
