About This Mod
This mod removes the level requirements for all the character's perks. It does not affect the basic or earned (journal, quest) perks.
This mod was created using FO4Edit ( xEdit 3.1.3 ). It contains one .esp and nothing else. If you have FO4 modding enabled, simply put .esp in your FO4 data folder and enable it. Cleaned and checked for errors ;-)
Compatibility:
Extensive Horizon upgrade has a mild incompatibility starting with Horizon v.1.1. The incompatibility is due to the lack of textures of the perk icons. This will not affect the playability of both modes. Please see the "Messages" tab for further discussion. Thanks to HxCpojken Superuser for reporting this bug!
The Perk RESET Chem mod is incompatible; after using RESET, the player cannot access all the perks. Thanks to Magluak for the message!

Removed all edits for Perks "Cannibal", "Friend of Animals", "Bullying" and "Whisperer of the Wasteland". These perks will behave the same way as in vanilla.
