Turret Control Panel - TCP
About This Mod
TCP adds Mark I, III, V and VII machine gun turrets to the workshop menu separately. In addition, TCP adds the following capabilities:
Upgrade and downgrade
You can upgrade or downgrade a specific machine gun turret or all machine gun turrets by approaching them and activating the control panel. This feature only applies to new machine-gun turrets added by TCP.
The maximum mark (level) of the turret depends on the local area of the collision and the player's level, which can be disabled in the MCM menu. By default, level I, III, V, and VII turrets can be built at player level 1, 16, 28, and 40 respectively. However, you can change this setting from the MCM menu.
Rotate
It can be unpleasant when you have to turn the turrets so that they are directed exactly where you want. Assign a hotkey to the MCM menu and activate it once to start selecting turrets, and again to rotate the selected turrets to yourself.
Highlight
Settlements can be large and confusing. To help you do this, you can highlight the damaged or broken turrets (in workshop mode) or the turrets you have selected to rotate (outside workshop mode) in the MCM menu.
Priority
You may think that Mark I, III, V and VII machine gun turrets overload the menu of the turret workshop. You can prioritize these turrets in the MCM menu to reduce anxiety. The higher the priority, the further the turret will be displayed in the workshop menu.
