About This Mod
The story behind this save is simple: I wanted to create a Sitama from One Punchman in fallout 4 in the most legitimate way. Personally, I don't like to ride around the wasteland with ridiculously exaggerated characteristics, as in some fashions. A little research on the legendary prefixes led me to the Berserk prefix. 200% damage at 0 resistance, and that's the difficulty of saving.
The preservation begins at Vault 111 with Saitama's premede, 9 powers, 9 agility and 6 luck, holding Berserker's Powerfist.
Keep in mind that your stunning strike strength will gradually decrease the more armor you put on, so play wisely and strike first.
