About This Mod
Since many people experience problems with FPS at this location, I will write why it is so.
In the list of necessary mods there is a beautiful mod called Craftable Fire Shadow Lights , and this mod provides lights with shadows, and a lot of shadows in one place can make a serious fall FPS, but thanks to the brilliant people from DDProductions83 they also have a version of Shadow lights WITH NO SHADOWS. So if you don't have a powerful PC, please download this version of the light. If you still have a lot of FPS drops, then you don't have a powerful enough PC and this mod isn't for you (I don't have a powerful PC, I have medium, my fallout works on medium parts with ultra textures, but almost no shadows) There are a lot of items in this settlement, so expect the fps to fall, but not too much, for me it's -10 max with two dog meat settlers, etc...
If you are having issues with missing items, then you have a bad download order or a lot of mods per settlement/craft, and you have probably exceeded the mods limit for these mods.
If you have a CTDs with a cell ripped version of the save file well that this is a known problem from cell rip (make a report of your problem I will try to help you somehow if possible).

If you just want to start a (new) game with this file, copy it to ...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves
