UPDATE! 7-25-2016 Vault-Tech DLC!!!
Although I haven't updated the march-throw meaning this mod still works perfectly, as far as I know, no official patches or DLC are affected.
The new DLC Vault-Tech seems to add Pipboy!
Obviously, their Pipboy works much better and has custom scripts.
This mod does not conflict with any of the new Vault-Tech DLC files, so they should work together seamlessly.
I'll leave this mod as it is for those who don't have DLC.
You must uninstall Pipboys from the NPC before uninstalling this mod, or they will remain on them and cannot be uninstalled. If this happens, simply reinstall the mods and remove them, there should be no problem.

It is a very small mod that makes pipbos accessible and usable by companions and settlers.
These pipbos are of no use except to look cool and you can't equip them yourself.
They work as regular armor, not as DLC pipbos.
This does not add pipbos to the new NPCs, they can be found mostly at Vault 81.
They are also sold by Alexis Combs in Vault 81.
The price has been raised to 750, so it will cost about 1k to buy.
Enables the boot screen for additional immersion.
Uses the same model as your own 3rd person peep-boy, so goes well with almost all custom armor from other mods.
Also uses the same texture as your own pipboy, so any texture you use on your pipboy will be displayed on this one as well.
This helps to avoid the errors that occur in many other mods when editing pipbos for use with NPC.
Works well with CBBE.
The only problem I encountered was the use of CBBE models and non-CBBE clothing from other fashion styles, but there's nothing I can do about it.
Conflicts with other mods that edit 81 pipbos or Alexis Combs' merchandise inventory.
