Did you ever know that there is a glowing version of the forward sight ring?
Oh, you didn't know?
Oh, that's right. Almost no one knows.
Because Bethesda forgot to add a way to create it.
This is a simple fix to fix the situation. It also fixes a few bugs in the original Sight Ring ring names to smooth out the situation.
Unfortunately, the ring itself doesn't glow, and that would be great, but it's possible with the help of the retexture.
