About This Mod
This mod just adds new HD textures to Raiders armor and some helmets. Maybe I'll add more over time. I tried to keep the overall look as close as possible to the concept art of the game. So there's a couple of red stripes here, and it's pretty dark. I also added a simple retexture for Raider Leathers (NOT HD) to make them more appropriate to the look.
