A friend made it for me, and now I'm sharing it with you. So don't ask me to change anything, I don't know how. You can all use this mod for your own things. Have fun!
Installation instructions.
Extract to Fallout4/data/textures folder.
It's just a retexture, so there shouldn't be any conflicts. Unless you set a different mod of the PA frame textures, of course.
Posted some screenshots, sorry to wait. I like this frame because it's darker than vanilla, but not too, it doesn't go black in different lights, and I think it goes well with any custom varnish.
