About This Mod
Sim Layout Add-on: Need to bring multiple buildings together to create a set. All DLCs for the Icon Factory and future add-ons are now required. The game now includes apartment blocks. Build the primary site and add the interior plots to develop the site.
What's new in V12.9

One internal commercial site, one external recreational site, one external agricultural site, two external industrial sites and one internal military site.
Expanding the prospects of "Bunkhouse" and "Megamall". Allows more precise attachment to the terrain, without destroying or rebuilding the areas. Please wait for a while until the buildings are repainted. This may take a while!
What's new in V12.0
Three new sites.
1 external residential plot, 1 internal commercial plot and 1 internal recreation plot.
Communal plot for bungalows. Allows you to connect the interior to the shell before moving the building to the main bungalow.

Additional plot of 3x2 for the shopping center. Big, but there's room to add a few interior plots. Choose the ones you like and where you want to place them. Hidden connection points on the lower and upper floors. To power the internal areas, you must connect the created power connectors on the front and sides. We tried to create self-powered connectors, but the result did not satisfy us 100%.
On the lower level, the square is cordoned off due to escalators on the third floor.
Roller shutters, made to order, are mounted in front of the sliding doors.
