Fallout 4

1. Download Nexus Mod Manager.

2. We install, launch, confirm the location of the folder with Fallout 4 and login in the manager.

3. Open the Fallout4Prefs.ini file and look for the [Launcher] category, add the following text:

bEnableFileSelection=1

Then we save the file and close it.

4. Open the Fallout4.ini file and look for the following text:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

Replace it with this one:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

Keep it, close it.

5. We go to the site and open the category of mods Fallout 4. We search for modifications of interest there and put them, pressing the button "Download with manager" in the second tab in the fashion menu. The program manager must be open at this time.

6. Activate the downloaded mod by clicking on the green checkmark. If the mod has an ESM or ESP file, we check whether the checkmark is in the "Plugins" tab in Nexus Mod Manager.
