About This Mod
First of all, even though VATS Tweaks's mod is similar to mine, I created my own from scratch, changing every line of data, one by one! The idea of Detrax14 was good, but I didn't like the lack of slowdown! That's why I created my own!
This mod changes the speed of the camera animation, and that's all it does!
It changes NOTHING but CAMS (from ESM) and only "minimum time" and "maximum time" in them... I made them all about 3-4 times faster... Including the killcam "end" sequence. All the animations remained, but much faster! So now, it's quick to shoot, quick to finish... I haven't checked every possible option...
Some of the CAMS forms included were not even touched... They were just copied, and for now, with falloutsnips (thanks figment), the removal is not available, for me, anyway!
So, what does this do?
Take the Killkam animation (it doesn't just work with Killkams). You'll beat the Ntc slowly, kill it slowly, and just as slowly return to your starting position... Maud only speeds up this process! It's only for a couple of seconds, but when you lose 3 to 5 seconds for each ntc, it's already a lot! Right?

1- Your Fallout4prefs.ini should have "bEnableFileSelection=1" (this is law 1 for esp modding!)
2- Your plugins.txt (in "User\[Youruser]\AppData\Local\Fallout4") must contain a string with "CamFast.esp" or the name you want to give to the file!
3- Simply extract esp(s) to the Data folder.
4- Have fun!
