Installation
Preferred: Installation with NMM
Manual:
Enable ESP selection using bEnableFileSelection=1 in the [Launcher] section of Fallout4Prefs.ini.
Extract the archive into the Fallout 4/Data folder so that the .esp file is located in that folder (Fallout 4/Data/MoreCommonWeather.esp).
Run the launcher
Click the small bar to open the http://gearnuke.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/fallout4-default-mod-manager-launch.png file selection dialog.
Check MoreCommonWeather.esp
Click OK, launch the game
