Repair with preservation
About This Mod
A small program to automatically restore corrupted saved files, or a small program to transfer saved files to another Steam account.
It's a good idea to have a good time with friends and family.
I wrote a small program to automatically restore damaged saved files or transfer saved files to another Steam account.
Restoring corrupted saved files:
Back up your saved files (usually at <url>\%your_username%\AppData\Roaming\EldenRing\%your_steamid%\ER0000.sl2)
Run the programmers.exe
Enter your Steam (the name of the folder that contains the saved files).
Select Save File to Restore
Select the appropriate storage slot (the default is the slot for the first character)
Click Run
Do not press the keyboard or mouse button to prevent the script from being interrupted
When the process is complete, you can close the program and start the game.
To use a saved file in another Steam account:
Follow the instructions above to use the correct Steam in your program
One condition:
AMI's chance of recovery is not 100%, but I hope it helps someone.
