About This Mod
Chinese English subtitles for DLC, and replace all text with bilingual.
Since the game was updated to version 1.12.1, Mod Engineer2 can no longer overwrite the game's files. Therefore, you need to use uxm Picker Packager to unpack and repackage game files. I'll find out if Mod Engine 2 will be updated in the future.
