About This Mod
For those who don't want to fuss with regulation.bin and make changes to fix the invisibility of "face, eye".
Rename the regulation.bin file in the MOD folder to MOD Engine 2. Rename the file to {regulationBACKUP.bin}.
Download this bin file from me and put it in the mod folder of engine 2, after which the mod will start with this new regulation.bin file.
