About This Mod

For years, some Dragon Age fans have tried to create a Hawk woman resembling Bethany, which can be seen in Warrick's performance. Instead of going crazy and trying to use the slider endlessly, I found another way: open the erf file on the game disk released by Bioware. From this erf file, I found the exported Bethany.mor file. I made a second copy of the Bethany.mor file, renamed it to HF_Iconicfemale.mor, and placed both files in the override file. These purple files can be converted and used as Hawk presets. In the chargenmorphcfg.xml file, add the following line<resource name="hawke_morphing2.mor" />under<human female>, the following <human_female> <resource name="hawke_morphing2.mor" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_001.mop" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_002.mop" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_003.mop" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_004.mop" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_005.mop" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_006.mop" /> <resource name="HF_CGN_007.mop" /> Now the same Hawk can be a sister. If you look at Bethany's face, as Varick describes in the introduction, there are small changes in makeup and lipstick compared to Bethany in the real game. Most noticeably, in the prolog lipstick is light red, and in the game - darker. Both versions of the files are selectable: After you install the chargenmorph file, place only one of the folders contained in the override file. Do not add both at the same time. Bethany.purple, H1S1.purple, and Iconicfemale.purple will overlap if there is already a file with the same name in the override file. The attached images show how Bioware looks like the hairstyle chosen for one of Bethany's versions. We also added photos of long hairstyles (Pretty Thoughts) from KS HAIRS FOR DRAGON AGE 2 to this site.
