Merribela's Armor of Mutual Romance

A long-awaited version of the armor, tied to the romance between Isabella and Meryl. Now it is a simple, non-intrusive costume modification compatible with DirectX11.

Welcome to the first release of the Meribella Mutual Romance Costume Mod mod.

Installation instructions.

Put the file "Merribela Outfits - v1 (non-immersive).erf" in the folder Override - if you do not know where the folder Override is located, then it is located in the folder Dragon Age 2, where your user data is stored (see also the folder Dragon Age 2, where screenshots taken in the game are stored). This folder is typically located in the Bioware folder under My Documents or Documents, not in the Program Files folder. It should be the same on Mac and PC, but if you used a different file path, try searching for a folder with screenshots in the game and going to the 'Dragon Age 2' folder. In this folder, go to "packages" and then to "core". There should already be a folder called "override". Insert the files into the override folder.

FEATURES.

This fashion adds Meryl and Isabella to the basic attire of a mutual romance, intended to suggest that they had developed a romantic relationship when they were not courted by Hawke. This autofunction has proved to be much more complex than my autoromantic Anders costumes, so unfortunately these costumes currently replace only Isabela and Meryl's basic costumes, without the attendant fantasy or autochange.

The changes are summarized below:

Isabela Merrill's undead outfit Lotus is a converted outfit similar to her romantic outfit from the base game, but without chain armor. A blue scarf corresponding to her non-romantic basic suit is added to the net, as well as a funny number of shoulder pads are removed. Meryl also wears a flower crown.

Isabella: Isabella, in Meryl's obligatory attire, wears a dark-colored corset with a green vine lining (using a free clipart available online) and a flower (presumed to be a daisy) behind one ear. She tried to make a variation with her pants, but was unsuccessful.

Future releases:

I plan to create several battles between Meryl and Isabella, automate the change of attire, and ideally release a later polygamy-enabled story to introduce Hawke into the game (however, if Hawke is dating one rather than the other, this possibility is temporary and a later story may be required). The latest version now supports the DirectX11 Browser. I will also update the version if I can fix the black fringe that continues to appear on Isabella's hair blossom, despite GIMP's insistence that the area is transparent.

Compatibility: 

The flower crown is attached to the mesh of Meryl's dress, not to the mesh of her hair. Isabella's flowers are part of the mesh of her hair and are not compatible with the change of hair (I chose this / few change her stylish bandana anyway). This mod is fully compatible with two alternative romantic armor, including my version of Autumn Romance Armour for Meryl, but is not compatible with changing or replacing her basic armor.

Permissions.

Under no circumstances can this armor be repainted as the White Isabella armor. However, you can freely use it in your renders or repaint in another mod. I have a request: If you make a variation of Isabella's pants, please let me use them in a later version of the immersion version.
