About This Mod
What he does:
You can purchase all 25 areas (only 9 are available for purchase in Vanilla).
The last Milestone (number 13) allows you to buy the zone from 10 to 25. Stages 1-12 remain unchanged.
Installation:
To install, simply subscribe to the mod and activate it in the Mod menu in the Content Manager (Inhaltsverwaltung). You may need to restart Skylines, but you >don't< have to start a new city!

If you don't trust dll, you can remove it and compile it from sources. To do this, move the source file to the mod folder so that it looks like this
