About This Mod
Change the position of the teal by simply clicking and dragging it
Press CTRL + O to return Chirper to its original position
Starting with version 1.6, you can now enable the option to make the tweeper only mobile when holding CTRL
After launching the game with fashion for the first time you can go to
OrderCities_SkylinesModConfig
AppDataLocalColossal and edit the configuration file to enable this feature. (Thanks to Sebington)
