Slow production of garbage
About This Mod
By default, it slows down garbage production to 1/2, but also creates a file in the game's directory after loading the map, which can be modified.
Configuration file location for custom mode:
Windows – C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonCities_SkylinesslowTrashProduction.txt
Mac - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities_Skylines/slowTrashProduction.txt
Linux - /home/<username>/.steam/steam/SteamApps/common/Cities_Skylines/slowTrashProduction.txt
Once the file is created, you can open it and change the number in the file to the divisor you want to use for your speed. I.e.: 5 to produce 1/5 of the garbage. You don't have to log out completely for the update to happen, because if you go to the main menu and download a new map, it will read the new value.
