About This Mod
The AutoDistrictNameStations Mod is a tool designed to improve the naming system in your city in Cities Skylines. It automatically names transportation stations and various buildings according to the area in which they are located, including buildings such as service buildings and parks. It also changes the platform names to provide more detailed information on route screens.
This mod expands the functionality of the districts and provides more information in a variety of informational forms.
Usage
- Create a neighborhood: Create a neighborhood and customize its name before you place a station or building in it.
- Accommodation of buildings: Add a station or building to a given area.
- Automatic naming: After placement, the station or building will automatically take the name of the area. If the area already has a station or building of the same type, it will take the name of the street.
Existing stations will be upgraded only if they have extensions on platforms (e.g. stations).
If the building does not belong to an area, it will not receive a custom name.
