FindStuff makes Cities: Skylines 2, extending the capabilities of Cities: FindStuff in Cities: Skylines 2. Continuing to improve the functions and interface in the alpha phase, FindStuff aims to seamlessly integrate into your game and provide powerful functionality for efficiency and convenience.

Features

Improved GameObject search and UI interaction

- Unified interface: single window for easy access to game objects and integrated selection tools for precise selection.

- Customizable menu behavior: Customize how FindStuff interacts with the vanilla menu of the game. The following options are available:

- Hide FindStuff when opening vanilla menu.

- Move FindStuff to the top of the screen with the vanilla menu active, making it more compact.

- Override and hide the vanilla entity window and replace it with FindStuff for unified view.

- Prefab Selector Memory: In override mode, if a prefab was selected outside of FindStuff when it was closed, it will be pre-selected when you reopen FindStuff.

- Dynamic UI Resizing: The FindStuff menu can be changed to a greater or lesser extent for better visibility and access to a wider range of assets.

Advanced search and filtering

- Extensive search capabilities: Full-text search by object name, translation name, tags and categories to get accurate search results.

- Advanced Filtering: Use intuitive icon buttons, and category and subcategory filters to simplify your search.

- Sort function: Sort entity names in ascending or descending order for easy navigation and selection.

Shortcuts and language support

- Use keyboard shortcuts such as CTRL+F for quick search or CTRL+click for direct access to the selector tool.

- Full language support for all default localizations in Cities Skylines 2 ensures global accessibility for players.

Performance, Optimization, and Configuration

- Enjoy optimized performance with extensive lists of game objects and the ability to identify potentially dangerous objects.

- Enjoy an advanced user interface based on the Gooee framework. The settings are remembered and restored every time the game is installed, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Installation.

Make sure you have BepInEx5 and Gooee for Cities Skylines 2 installed. Download FindStuff Mod and Gooee.

How to use

Launch FindStuff with the magnifying glass or HookUI/Gooee mod backpack icon in the upper left corner of the game and open the selector tool with the drop icon.

Important considerations.

- Pilot phase: FindStuff is under development, and the focus is on expanding and improving its functionality. Not all entities/refabs can be displayed. In addition, if you use the vanilla method, you will likely see custom fashion assets, but this is not guaranteed.

- This mod is a joint work of the modding community Cities 2.
