RTX 4000 DLSS Frame Gen Tweaks (Stutter Reduction)
About This Mod
These tweaks were specifically designed for the Nvidia RTX 4000 series of graphics cards using Nvidia DLSS Frame Generation technology to stabilize the game's frame time and thereby reduce the freeze.
Installation:
1. Press Windows Key+R and paste C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\b1\Saved\Config\Windows.
2. Copy the Engine.ini you just downloaded and replace the old Engine.ini with it.
3. Set the new Engine.ini to read-only (optional, but just for reliability).
4. Start the game
If your current Engine.ini contains Cvars from other mods, you can simply merge my mod by copying and pasting all the lines into [/Script/Engine.RendererSettings].
Note:
1. I made this mod using the latest version of DLSS Frame Generation plugin (nvngx_dlssg.dll) 3.7.10.0, and I'm not quite sure that it will work with the default plugin that comes with the game.
2. It may or may not work when using the dlssg-to-fsr3 (Replace Nvidia DLSS-G Frame Gen with AMD FSR 3 Frame Gen) mode, but feel free to check it, although I have doubts.
