About This Mod
This editor allows you to visually edit the Black Monkey configuration table data and generate the corresponding .pak files, making it easier for mod creators to create them!
Features:
1. Decompress .data from PBTable using FModel
You can visually display all unpacked protobuf .data files from the game.
2. Editing .data files
Visually edit .data files and save them as new files.
3. PAK generation
Supports dragging and dropping folders into game-compatible .pak mod files.
4. Import and export notes
You can add your own notes to the .data fields, making it easier to mark and track the configuration tables that you have analyzed.
(Right-click on the ID or field name entry, and the Notes menu button appears. You can click it to add notes).
Supports the import of annotation files configured by other users, making it easier for mod creators to collaborate to analyze complete configuration tables.
You can share your note configuration with other fashion creators on the Bug or Post page.
How to use:
1. After starting the program, go to the menu File -> Open Data Directory. Select the folder containing the .data files (usually from the PBTable folder unpacked by FModel) to open.
2. From left to right are the following sections: a list of .data files, a list of data in a single .data file, and field data in each individual record.
3. .data files are protobuf files, and some fields in them are in the proto-nested format. You can now edit the attached data by opening a new window.
4. The other functions mentioned above are available in the File menu.
Important considerations:
1. This tool is an editor for .data files and does not support other FModel-unpacked .uasset files.
2. The tool uses .NET 8.0. To use it, install .NET 8.0.
3. If one of the specialists finds the tool insufficient or wants to improve it, do not hesitate to clone and modify it. If you distribute it, please specify the author.
4. When packaging .pak files, keep your original file names and directory structure (this should be known to everyone who creates PakMod files).
