About This Mod
This mode simulates a collision with a dummy that hits the dashboard and the handlebar. The default behavior is set for LHD (left handlebar), so if the handlebar is on the right, the behavior should be changed using the parts selector, even for BASIC GAME cars! In addition, some car models already have dashboard protrusions, and duplicating this can lead to problems such as severe mannequin jolts. Some cars also have inclined steering wheels, but they are also adjustable in mode.
Use the triangle view (Ctrl+T) to check your vehicle’s crash settings. If a green pad appears on the dashboard before adding the dummy, the collision is set to default. To see this, you may need to partially move the camera to the dashboard. Press Ctrl+T again to turn off rendering.
