About This Mod

Let's be honest, we all love and adore the tentacle monster in the back of our minds. Why not increase the number of tentacle monsters in the BB world? Let's show a little more love for the tentacles. So that we can create a potion of oblivion without an editor and build more horn plates for our brother Shustrykh.


This mod was developed with @NgGH707, and it has an equal contribution to the development. I really appreciate his help and suggestions on this fashion.


This fashion requires a modding hook. This mod can also be applied to Legend mods.


1. Features

This fashion will spawn 2 crackens on the world map in the cells of the ocean, coast, oasis or swamp.

- Crackens can only wander through an emerging ocean, coast, oasis or swamp. But they can kick out of these tiles.

- Unlike the original Kraken, Kraken of this fashion can move. But their speed is slow (20% direwolves). The original Kraken can't move.

- Unlike the original Kraken, Kraken in this fashion has 100% visibility, 100%, like other beasts (the original visibility was 50%, so players had to approach)

- Krakens in this fashion are considered a separate fraction from animals, so they are not associated with other animal factions, including the "original Krakens".

- Kraken in this fashion are treated as a separate faction, so the "original Kraken" (those that can not move and have 50% visibility) will also appear on the world map after you kill Kraken Stone Pillar.

- Maud will try to sleep Kraken 100 times. Thus, 2 Karkens will practically be guaranteed to exist on the world map. If one Kraken is killed, there will be 15 days of cool time to sleep the next.

- The cracker of this fashion will offer not a broken sword, but only tentacles and plates. In order to obtain a piece of the sword, one must kill Kraken in the Stone Pillar.


2. Versions

- Kraken in the "non-aggressive" version (zip file with *_non_aggressive .zip) will not bother other AI factions, and other AI factions will ignore Kraken.

- The Kraken in the "aggressive" version (zip file with *_non_aggressive .zip) will attempt to engage other AI factions (including other beasts) and can be attacked by other AI factions regardless of the player's existence.

- Kraken in the "day 30" version (zip-file with *_day30 _*.zip) will appear on the world map from the 30th day of the campaign.

- The Kraken in the "after ki ll" version (zip file with *_afterki ll_*.zip) will appear on the world map only after the player kills Kraken in the Stone Pillar, as in the original.
