and feel like the strongest person in the world.

The new infinity works differently,
because the old one can't be broken. The new ability will give you a parameter
in the response action that you shouldn't disable, it's spelled out on ability. Infinity will still block incoming damage by spending damn energy, but the damage that comes from status effects like CloudKill, Cloud of Dagger, and the like,
deal you 1 damage.
Concentration will not be affected.
