About This Mod
This is just another look at the WET status in the game.
Instead of letting lightning or cold damage, double damage, or an empty shelter spell, it just gives:
Advantage when casting lightning-fast spells (just as shocking grip gives an advantage to attacking targets with metal armor)
Reduced movement speed by 3m for wet targets hit by a cold spell. (Decrease in travel speed does not add up with a beam of frost)
It also removes and gives immunity to burning and gives fire resistance.
Fire spells now remove their WET status, so fire resistance is applied only once.
Hope, so it is not OP, but still has its technical application, hopefully you will like it.
