About This Mod
Implements casting: Ability to cast higher level spells using a lower level spell slot and dealing less damage. Spells are rebalanced to scale better at lower levels, and spells are rebalanced among themselves to ensure that no spell becomes obsolete when it advances to higher-level slots.
