About This Mod

Unarmed strike

unlocks Unarmed Strike as a monk action if you want to deal damage with unarmed weapons using the Attack action when the weapon is equipped.

also see "Unlocked unarmed Azrael Strike", which unlocks an unarmed strike as a normal player action (like Dash), rather than as a class action


Attack Opportunity: Unarmed

adds a switchable passivation that changes your attack damage ability to unarmed if you have an equipped weapon

 

Flurry of blows: Double strike

adds "First Strike" and "Second Strike" attacks that can be used instead of "Barrage of Strikes" to attack multiple targets

The Open Hand Pathway subclass has separate versions of all three open hand attacks


Staggering blow (passive)

adds a switchable passivax that allows stun after a melee strike (still 1 ki per stun attempt)


Additional features from Tasha's Boiler

Attack fueled by Snaps: Starting at 3rd level, if you spend 1 point or more as an action in your turn, you can make one attack with an unarmed strike or a monk's weapon as a bonus action until end of turn. Note: Due to limitations, this will only work with actions that are worth both your action and at least 1 ki (for example, most monk spells). Reactions/interruptions that cost Ki (e.g. Stunning Strike and Focused Aim) do not by themselves trigger this feature, even if used as part of your action.

Accelerated Healing: Starting at 4th level, as an action you can spend 2 points ki to restore hit points equal to the roll of your martial arts die plus your skill bonus.

Focused Target: Starting at 5th level, when you miss an attack roll, you can spend 1 to 3 ki points to increase an attack roll by 2 for every point you spend, which can turn a miss into a hit.
