About This Mod
Do you want to play a game for the necromancer? These changes will help you do this. I took Airavat's "Necrotic - Black Draconic Bloodline (Sorcerer Subclass)" mod as a base, but I tried to reduce the game balance and added spells to the sorcerer's repertoire.
Black dragon pedigree (not Dragonborn) now gives a boost to damage/resistance from necrotic instead of acid
The Black Dragon genealogy also gives Inflict Wounds as the starting spell instead of the original spell
Adds Hadar Weapon, Reanimate Dead, and Create Undead spells to the list of available wizard spells when you raise a level
Adds a necrotic version of the Elemental Adept feat
