Baal's Chosen - Ability Set

Like my previous fashion, this mod adds a bunch of NPC abilities and spells (Orin, Bhaal cultists, Slayer,...) and makes them usable by player characters. Also included are some specially crafted spells, such as Summon Bhaalspawn Echo, a redesigned and more convenient version of Power Word Kill and Bhaal's Edict (I retained the original mechanics and added additional features)

Perfect for passing Dark Urge, mod also comes with an early version of Slayer Form if you want to unlock it before. I haven't tested this version too far in the game, so I'm not sure if it can cause any problems for the plot.

Abilities are available in the Chest's training potion or with the help of Orin's dagger (Baal's Birth Call, Baal's Decree, Horror Chase, and Power Word Killing Ritual) and the wearing of a Bhaalist kit (Hood: Stunning Look, Gloves: Throat Blow, Armor: Witchcraft Killing Ravens and Killing Cloud Daggers)

Bane's Chosen One

Deadly Dagger Cloud: Similar to Dagger Cloud (a level 3 spell slot version), but also applies bleeding to enemies in 3 moves. Deals 6d4 penetrating damage. Cost: Action and requires concentration

Stunning Look: The target must successfully complete a wisdom save or be stunned until the end of its next turn. Cost: Action

Spooky Chase: Teleports to Target: Cost: Bonus Action and Available Once Per Fight

Murder Thirst (passive effect): Each time you kill an enemy, you gain one Unstoppable charge (reduces your damage to 1 and consumes 1 Unstoppable charge). You can turn it on and off.

Bloody Strike (Executioner Look): Once per turn uses the Bloody Strike response when you are attacked, and deals 4d8 chopping damage to anyone in front of you. Also knocks enemies 6 meters and applies 3 strokes of bleeding. Cost: Reaction

Scarlet Fog (a passive Killer form effect): After taking damage, if your health drops below 50%, you gain a positive effect that gives you 25 Health (40 at 10th level or higher), a +2 bonus to power, and an advantage on Wisdom saves.

Power Word Kill Ritual: A redesigned version of Power Word Kill (typically purchased through Durge and can only be used once). Performs a deadly ritual in 3 moves. During these 3 moves, you cannot move or use actions or bonus actions. After that, if you're not interrupted, you can unlock the Power Word Kill ability one turn (one shot at an enemy with health 100 or less). Cost: Action and available once per long vacation, also requires concentration.

Throat: Strike the enemy in the throat, possibly stunning him, knocking him down and silencing him. Deals 2d8 damage with a Baton. Cost: Action

Bhaalspawn Echo Invocation: Choose 1 of 4 new creatures, each with their own set of spells and abilities. They have 4 1st-level spell slots, 4 2nd-level spell slots, 3 3rd-level spell slots, 2 4th-level spell slots and 12 magic points. Price: The promotion and is available once for a short rest.

Echo of the Sendai: Spells: Human Retention, Slow Down, Command, Sleet.

Echo of Amelissan: Spells: Sanctuary, Healing Word, Mass Healing Word, Protective Link.

Echo of Illasera: Spells: Small rebuild, Acceleration, Freedom of movement, Death Chamber.

Echo of Abazigal: Spells: No, but focuses on melee attacks.

Conjure Murder of Crows: Summon 1 to 5 killer ravens. Price: Promotion and available once for a short vacation

Baal's Decree: Blessing of Baal upon you or 1 of your allies. As with Action Surge, you will receive an additional action point until the end of your turn. However, you also get a Baal Edict debaff that instantly kills you if you don't kill the creature during your turn. This only works with melee attacks, most spells do not remove the effect, so be careful. Cost: Bonus Action
