About This Mod

This is an adaptation of the Cleric Sphere subclass Zeal, one of several in Plane Shift: Amonkhet, as close to the rules as I could understand them:


Jevanoff and I have implemented these domains for Baldur's Gate 3:

Unified Progression Supported Initially


This subclass progresses to a level of 20. You don't need a mod to maximize, you just don't get features


subclass 13-20 levels:


Zeal Spells:
Level 1: Burning, Thunderstorm
Level 3: Magic Weapon, Split
Level 5: Acceleration, fireball
Level 7: Fire Shield (Warm Shield Only), Freedom of Movement
Level 9: Destructive Wave, Fire Strike

domain zeal At 1st level you gain proficiency in combat weapons and heavy armor.

Zeal Priest:

Domain zeal 1st level From 1st level Hazoret gives you the power of inspiration while you engage in battle. When you use the Attack action, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.You
you can use this function as many times as your wisdom modifier (at least once). You will recover all spent funds after the end of a long rest.

- Since this is a copy of the function "Priest of War" in War Domain, I just copied it from War Domain

- Progress:

- Level 1: Get Zeal Priest and Zeal Priest charges equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum 1)



Canal Deity: All-consuming Dust

Level 2 zeal domains Starting at level 2, you can use the channel deity to channel your zeal into uncontrollable ferocity.
When you deal fire or thunder damage, you can use the Deity of Support to deal maximum damage rather than throw.

- Since this is a small change in the Destructive Anger function in Tempest Domain, I just used what was already

- Progress:

- Level 2: Getting absorbing zeal



Deafening blow:
6th level Domain
Zeal At 6th level, when dealing thunder damage to a large or small creature, you can also push it 10 feet away.

- Since this is a small change to the Thunderbolt Strike function in Tempest Domain, I just used what is already

had - now i have a switch to disable it, as shown in Tempest Cleric - Thunderbolt Strike Toggle

- Progression:

- At 6th level receives "Deafening Strike"



Divine Strike:
8th Level Solidarity Domain Function
At 8th level you get the opportunity to fill your blows with weapons of divine energy. Once on each of your turns, when you hit a creature with a weapon, you can make that attack deal additional 1d8 damage of the same type as the target weapon. When you reach 14th level, additional damage is increased to 2d8.

- Fixed a bug in the base game that allows you to use Divine Strike several times per turn

- Fixed incorrect icons

Basic Game - Extra Magical Damage

- Additional damage increased by 14

level - Progress:

- Level 8: Gives Divine Strike: Weapon

- Level 14: Divine Strike: Weapon damage is increased.



Blaze of Glory:
17th level Domain
Zeal Starting at 17th level, you can delay death for a moment to perform the last heroic act.
When an attacker reduces your health to 0 points, you can use your reaction to move faster to the attacker and launch one melee weapon attack on him. as long as the movement makes him within your reach. You make this attack with advantage. If an attack hits, the creature takes additional 5d10 damage from fire and 5d10 additional damage from weapon type. Then you lose consciousness and start making deadly saving throws, as usual, or you die if the damage done would kill you immediately.
After using this feature, you will not be able to use it again until you have completed a long rest period.

- Implementation notes:

- I had to change this a little bit to comply with the BG3 restrictions, but I did my best to keep it as close to the spirit of the rules as possible

- Once during a long rest, when an enemy attack increases you to 0 hit points, the attacker will take 5d10 fire damage and 5d10 damage

thunder is a passive skill that can be disabled

- At 17th level: Get the Radiance of Glory
