About This Mod
This mod adds a CAT 3408 engine with a unique sound to the game.
It includes the CAT 3408 T Direct Injection 400hp, CAT 3408A TA 450hp, CAT 3408B TA 500-540hp, CAT 3408E TA 585hp and tuned 700-800hp engines.
The engine braking sound was replaced by the CAT Brake Saver.
Improved sound loosening for realistic sound loosening and distortion effects
Special audio orientation for realistic audio at different angles
Special exhaust distortion for realistic exhaust sound, depends on throttle pressure and speed, works in combination with noise cancelation.
Version 2.0 for American Truck Simulator (v1.52.x):
- Completely rendered sound with all new samples;
- Added the ability to electric start;
- Files, recipes have been improved to support more tracks..
