3. launch the saved game and check for new sounds in the unit's equipment menu. If a sound appears, then you are ready to play. Have a nice game!

4. in the folder with the game "XCOM 2XComGameConfig" you will find the file "DefaultModOptions.ini", do the same as described in "2" (add the same text, but add ";" after the last line).

In addition: if you lost all these mods after restarting the game, add to these two files (if you edited both) "XComModOptions.ini" and "DefaultModOptions.ini" the following: Find these files in Explorer in Windows, right-click on them and select "Properties". In the window, locate Attributes, set it to Read Only, and click Apply.
