The core of the Atlas plugin is based on the image viewer. The atlas is also very useful, with everything you can encounter in the game, and in general with complete letters about non-player characters, creatures, objects, events, and other things sorted by region, level, and dungeon difficulty.

Click the icon next to the mini-map to open the main window. Another way is a text command / atlas. You can lock the window using the lock icon at the top.

It has a built-in search and save deck for quick access. 

Russian localization of the Russian language (roughly speaking, the atlas is fully translated into Russian)

Thus, the Atlas plugin should be available to all players.
