About This Mod
Sorry for the long wait. As promised, we have finished creating a mod for WOT that analyzes tank armor right in the hangar. With its help, you can examine the armor of tanks right in the hangar. This mod will be useful for both old and new players who have just reached level 5 and above. After all, the tanks are already starting to show their armor and you need to think and understand where to shoot in order to penetrate enemy tanks.
After the release and distribution of this mod, we expect that the level of players will increase. After all, with a mod to display the armor of tanks in a hangar, they will learn how to penetrate tanks better. The essence of the mod is this: the mod will help players learn how to penetrate tanks, as well as know where to shoot. By hovering your cursor over a tank, you will see a window with information about the thickness of the armor at a specific point. It is very important to add up the entire armor of the tank, the angle at which the projectile hits the armor is also taken into account, the so-called reduced armor. You can set this angle yourself by rotating the camera around the tank. More information about how to use this mod is described in the video.
The mod for tank armor right in the hangar is available in the ProTanki multipack. This is done because not everyone wants to install a mod pack for one mod. In addition, for those who are already using it, this material will not be useful.
If you want to use this mod to its fullest, we recommend installing it together with the ShowVehicle - View tanks mod. After all, not all the armored tanks you want to see are in the hangar.
How to use the mod.
Enable vehicle previews in the carousel or research tree.
Select the "Armored Vehicles" tab.
Below is an example of enabling a preview of the armor of the IS-6 tank from the carousel.
