Place the contents of the archive (audioww folder) under the path "Game Folder / res_mods / Game Version".
!!! Warning!!!
The volume is adjusted using the general volume sliders (I did not know how to do otherwise), so I recommend keeping it at 100% and, if you like, lowering everything else or adjusting the volume of the game in the mixer on the Windows taskbar.
I haven't checked for compatibility with other modes
