About MPBE.
MPBE, Multiplayer Balance & Essentials (formerly a mod pack from proce3d) aims to improve the multi-user capabilities of Victoria 3. The mod includes a number of useful tools specifically for multiplayer, as well as a number of quality checks and UI improvements. Various balance changes are intended to allow multi-player sessions up to 1900 and above. Support and server-to-server collaboration, as well as previous game experience and personal feedback, will help further improve the modpack.
