Improved RCI colors

This mod replaces the original RCI colors with the more distinctive ones.

I don't know about you, but in the vanilla game, I often struggle to see if my warehouses are properly targeted at industries and commercial areas.

Of course, I use the cargo layer, but because of the original color choice of the RCI it's quite difficult to see exactly which buildings are covered correctly and which ones are poorly.

So I searched for it and eventually found the RCI color settings to improve the shade of each area and make it clearly visible which area is and which buildings are delivered with goods or not, and at which level.
